What We Collect During Verification

• Discord ID used to request the verification code.
• Roblox ID and username linked through Roblox OAuth.
• Agreement version and agreement hash accepted at the time of verification.
• Acceptance timestamps and audit history.
• IP data: masked IP, hashed IP, and VPN detection flags.
• Security signals from IPHub (country code, ASN, ISP) and geo-change alerts.
• Suspicious event logs (e.g., VPN detected, location change).

This data is collected through the tester verification service and staff audit logs.

Why We Collect It

• To verify tester identity and agreement acceptance.
• To detect abuse, account sharing, or unauthorized access.
• To protect unreleased content and internal systems.
• To maintain security audit trails for staff actions.

How We Use It

• Linking Discord and Roblox accounts for tester access.
• Applying tester roles and staff permissions.
• Monitoring suspicious verification events.
• Enforcing the Scriptfall Tester Program Terms of Service.

Data Retention

For security auditing, records of agreement acceptance, Discord IDs, Roblox IDs/usernames, and historical account data are retained permanently and are not eligible for deletion requests.

Sharing

Data is used internally for Scriptfall operations and security. We do not sell tester data. Data may be shared with Roblox only when required for security or policy enforcement.
